It was a bright and sunny morning in London. Grell had apparently sleeping since she had got off work last night. It was finally Sunday, that one special day of every week where all of the shinigami’s conflicted with the London Shinigami Dispatch Society had the day off. Suddenly, a alarm clock went off along with the rattle of someone at the door. She yawned and forced her feet into a pair of slippers. The ginger opened the door to find none other than Ronald Knox. She examined him for a second and closed the door. “Why are you dressed up in swimming trunks?!” She screamed. 

he grinned at her. “cause it’s sunny and our day off so why don’t we go to the beach!?”

“Go to the beach?! Are you cr—” She stopped herself. He was right, it was extremely warm and sunny outside. The weather has been normally gloomy for the whole week, but today seemed to be the opposite. “Oh yeah. Your right! You also promised to take me to the beach today.. Okay. Let me get my stuff, dear, and I’ll be out in a minute.” She immediately started running toward her wardrobe and getting dressed, packing stuff, and etc. 

“told you so~! now hurry up! i don’t want to waste this awesome day!”

She did as she was told, in 5 minutes she was out. “Now you better hurry!” Grell raced down the hallway and into the elevator. 

Ronnie laughed as he ran right behind her to the elevator.”wait up! it’s not cool to run in flip flops!”
